Do I need a visa to enter New Zealand?

Once you are ready to travel you will likely need a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority which you can obtain here: https://nzeta.immigration.govt.nz/

If you require an invitation letter to support your visa application, we are happy to provide one. 
Email lettersofinvitation@gc.adventist.org with the following information:

• Exact dates of the meeting(s) you will attend (start and end dates)
• Event location
• Title of the meeting (NLC, GAiN, or ATS)
• Who will cover your lodging, meals, and other expenses

What is the weather like in Auckland in July?

July is mid-winter in New Zealand. Auckland is cool and mild with temperatures typically ranging from 8–15°C (46–59°F). Expect a mix of cloudy days, light rain, and occasional sunshine. Pack layers, a warm jacket, and comfortable walking shoes.

Do I need travel insurance?

All attendees must have active travel insurance.

• If you do not already have coverage, please select the travel insurance option during the checkout process.
• If your organization already provides travel insurance, you do not need to purchase additional coverage.

What does a typical day look like at the event?

Each day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by morning worship and presentations. A hosted lunch will be provided daily, with additional workshops and presentations in the afternoon. Evenings are free for you to enjoy dinner on your own, explore the city, and network with other attendees.

Can I exhibit at the event?

Yes. Exhibit space will open on January 15. An email will be sent to all registered attendees once applications go live.
Please note: You must be a registered attendee to secure an exhibit space.

Do I need to register for each event separately?

No. Registration is combined, and during the process, you can select which of the three events—NLC, GAiN, ATS—you plan to attend. This single registration system ensures a smoother experience before and during the convention.
